2019 Annual Conference

    Join us in Minneapolis, MN July 22-24, 2019 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel.

    The Annual CRTRA Conference appeals to all individuals interested in strengthening and enhancing Total Rewards within the restaurant industry. The event offers a unique opportunity for total rewards professionals to network, hear from innovative leaders, dive deep into CRTRA's data trends, and learn about relevant events and practices that impact total rewards within the restaurant industry now and into the future - and we want YOU to be there in 2019! 

    What You Can Expect: If you haven’t attended a CRTRA conference in the last two years, check out the most recent agenda to get a sense of the sessions that include:

    • 20+ breakout sessions to allow facilitated, topical dialogue among moderators and CRTRA members throughout the conference
    • General sessions speakers with restaurant industry relevant topics – 2018 ranged from a restaurant executive panel, total rewards survey insights, Trump’s impact on employment practices, and insights from TDn2K
    • Local community involvement including the creation of 10,000 meals to those in need, local fun events (2018 included a Cubs baseball game and an architectural boat tour)
    • Direct access to Aon Hewitt’s team to discuss survey results and enhancements/ways to make our submission process easier.

    What You Should Budget:  
    For all of the below and any incidentals, budgeting from $1,800 to $2,000 should be safe, which is very inexpensive for the continuing education, training, and connections you’ll make at this conference!

    • Registration = $500 ($400 for each additional registrant from your company)
    • 3 nights of hotel at the beautiful Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel = $555 ($185/night) plus taxes
    • Airfare = likely less than $500 depending on availability and timing
    • Transportation between airport and hotel (both ways) = roughly $50 for Uber or Lyft
    • All meals on Monday and Tuesday are provided by CRTRA or its sponsors
