    Stephanie Forand

    Stephanie is an HR professional with over 13 years of comprehensive human resources experience. She is currently Vice President for Human Resources for CiCi Enterprises, LP. She has also been the HR Director for Boston Pizza Restaurants, Taco John's International, and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. Stephanie currently serves as President on the CRTRA Board. Stephanie is passionate about building relationships as an HR partner and developing a people-focused over policy-focused image for Human Resources. In her spare time, Stephanie is a Ballroom and West Coast Swing dancer.

    Wendy Hull
    Salad Collective
     

    Wendy is the currently the Vice President of Human Resources, AKA “Head Salad Spinner”, for Salad Collective, DBA MAD Greens & Snappy Salads.  Wendy joined MAD Greens in February of 2015. During her time with the Company Wendy has upgraded HRIS systems and practices, developed field HR training programs and launched an employee financial wellness program. Prior to MAD Greens, Wendy worked with Floyd’s 99 Barbershop for five years building the HR department from ground level as well as extensive HR experience with Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Wendy’s International. Wendy has been a member of CRTRA since 2017.

    Jason Smith is the VP, Sr. Compensation Consultant with First Citizens Bank and is based in Spartanburg, SC.  He's been in Compensation since 2006 and in Human Resources since 2003.  He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of South Carolina (the real USC) and is also a Certified Compensation Professional with World at Work.     Asya Davis is the Manager of Restaurant Compensation for Chipotle Mexican Grill managing pay for over 75,000 people. With prior experience in compensation consulting, she transitioned to the retail industry in 2016 and hasn’t looked back. Keeping the restaurant employees at the forefront, her analytical skills and passion for people provide the perfect foundation to deliver great pay programs. She has a Bachelors in Mathematics/Statistics from Virginia State University and has been a member of CRTRA since 2016. She is also an active member of WorldAtWork.

    Marcia Jarvis

    Marcia Jarvis is currently the Director of Benefits and HR Services for P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ. She has over 15 years of experience in health and welfare plan administration. Marcia has been a member of CRTRA since 2015. This is her first time serving on the CRTRA board as the Education Liaison/Conference Director.

    Marisa Meyers is the Senior Compensation Program Manager for Jack in the Box Inc. based in San Diego, CA (where it is always a perfect 72 degrees). She has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with about 7 years dedicated to Compensation across multiple industries and companies of various sizes.  Marisa’s passion and areas of expertise include designing compensation and incentive programs that align rewards to operational goals, developing & implementing effective communication strategy for Total Reward programs and providing analysis with actionable reporting. Marisa has been a member of CRTRA since 2016.

    Tish (Chism) Kinsey

    Tish Chism is the Senior Manager, Total Rewards at Fazoli's. She has over 12 years of experience in Benefits and Human Resources in restaurant and automotive manufacturing. She has been a member of CRTRA since she began her career with Fazoli's in 2010. Tish has three professional designations: PHR, SHRM-CP and GBA (working toward the CEBS).
