Regan comes with a background in the employee benefits health care industry. After finishing her business degree at the University of Sioux falls, South Dakota, she started her career at one of the largest privately-owned risk management firms, Holmes Murphy & Associates. Regan joined the employee benefits account management team and later moved into a new-hire training role.

From there, Regan shifted into a sales consultant role at ACAP HealthWorks, bringing innovative clinical and health insurance solutions to benefit consultants and their self-funded clients. In 2020, Regan joined the Take Command Team to help grow the newly introduced concept, ICHRA, to the market. Regan is currently a Senior Account Executive at Take Command and consults with thousands of employers each year on their options with the new alternative to group health insurance.
