    Nicole Stec is an accomplished health and wellness leader with over 15 years of industry experience. As Vice President, Wellbeing Consulting, Nicole acts as a trusted advisor for clients, supports the generation of new business, develops relationships, and manages part of a complex book of business. Her areas of expertise include wellbeing, employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, benefits communications, employee experience, and population health.

    Nicole is a professional public speaker and frequently presents speaking engagements on employee health and wellness strategies and population health topics. Her previous roles include serving as Director, Well-Being for Banner Health and Employee Health and Wellness Manager for the City of Mesa in Arizona. She is also a National Wellness Institute board member.


    Rebecca Krauland is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record of developing creative and compliant solutions that drive organizational success. With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and over a decade of experience in the field, Rebecca excels in streamlining processes, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering inclusive workplaces. Currently serving as the Vice President of HR Solutions, Rebecca leads initiatives aimed at empowering employees and facilitating organizational growth through innovative talent management strategies. 

    Drawing on her expertise and passion for making a positive impact, Rebecca is known for her ability to develop forward-thinking strategies that drive business results while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
